· Estimated band size. Total number of marching performers.
· Approximate maximum number of pages and level of difficulty for the drill.
· Level of performance and/or types of competitions entering.
· Any plans for use of props or any extra auxiliary components that affect the visual design.
* Please note that I will not take any inquiries after May 1 of any given year for that same year to design. (May 1 is also my deadline for deposits due.)

Due to my limited availability it is better to contact me sooner than later.  The best time frame to get in touch with me for the next season would be between the months of November - 2008 and March - 2009.
