Drill Design - Contract Information and Terms of Agreement

Here are the first two pages of my contract and terms of agreement for my services.

This is just a sample contract and not necessarily the final draft that will be submitted upon hiring.

I understand that there are special needs for some schools and that these specified terms may not fit in with your particular school or organization. Please take a moment and look it over. One thing to take note of is that although I am willing to modify my contract slightly to fit within the rules of payments or timeline, I am firm on the deposit being due before the drill is started, as well as any additional fees for printing or severely delayed payments.
